Loder, Stevens build ing, Oregon City, Oregon, from 'and after May 24, 1915, the following de scribed tract of land, belonging to the said minor, situate in Clackamas County, Oregon, to-wit: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section Two (2), Township 4 South of Range Two (2) East of the Willamette Meridian; thence North 80 rods; thence East CO rods; thence South 80 rods; thence West GO rods to the place nt begin ning, containing Thirty (30) acres subject to a mortgage of $300.00 with interest from October 30th, 1913 also subject to a life estate in Berry Buckner; and also subject to i. dower interest in Leone Buckner, in and to said land.
