Notice to Contractors Sealed proposuls will be received by the County Court of Clackamas County, Oregon for the improvement of the Milwaukie and Sellwood Road, from Station 0 to Station 46 plus 48.5 at the county line between Clack amas and Multnomah Counties, until July 17th, 1914, at the hour of 10:30 A. M. and then opened and publicly read. Plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the County Clerk of said Clackamas County. Each bid shull be endorsed "Pro posul for improvement of Milwaukie Sellwood Road" and shall be accom panied bv a certified check on some Oregon Bank, for an amount equal to five per cent of the amount Did, payable to the County Clerk of said County, which check shall be forfeit ed to Clackamas County, should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract and furnish a satisfactory bond within five days after the award is made.
