shall meet on February 20th, 1914,
at ten o'clock A. M., on said land of
said petitioner and view out and lo
cate a gateway not less than 10 feet
nor more than 30 feet wide from the
place of residence of said petitioner
on said land to some public road, and
said Board of County Road Viewers
shall assess damages to be sustained
by any person owning land over
which said gateway shall be located,

copy of this order shall be served up
on the person or persons through
whose land said erateway shall pass,
and such as do not reside in said
county by publication thereof, four
weeks prior to February 20, 1914 in
