N. W. corner; thence S. 6 degrees
W. 29.81 chs. to a corner thereof;
thence S. 25 degrees E. on the line
of said Claim 19.40 chs. to the S. W.
corner of said Claim; thence N. 84 de
grees E. on the Southerly boundary
line of said Claim 16.35 chs; thence
N. 26 degrees W. 45 chs. to the place
of beginning, containing 190 acre",

tant from the N. W. corner thereof;

nine, containing 140 acres, more or
less: and for a decree that plaintiff
is the absolute owner in fee simple of
said real property above described
and every part thereof, and that you
defendants and each of you; and any
person or persons claiming or to
claim by, through or under said de
fendants, or any of them, have no
right, title, estate, lien or interest in
or to the said real property or any
part thereof, and that they and each
of them be forever barred and estop
ped from asserting or claiming any
right, title, estate, lien or interest
in said real property or any pan
thereof.
That plaintiff's title in and to said
real property and the whole thereof,
be forever quieted, and for such other
and further relief as to the Court may
seem just and equitable in the prem

cate a gateway not less than 10 feet
nor more than 30 feet wide from the
place of residence of said petitioner
on said land to some public road, and
said Board of County Road Viewers
shall assess damages to be sustained
by any person owning land over
which said' gateway shall be located,

copy of this order shall be served up
on the person or persons through
whose land said gateway shall pass,
and such as do not reside in said
county by publication thereof, four
weeks prior to February 20, 1914 in
Oregon City Courier published at
Oregon City, Oregon.

Board of County Road Viewers shall
make a report to this court at the
next regular session of thii court
after said date after locating said
gateway, showing the location of said
road and the amount of damages as
sessed by said Board, if any, and the
names of the person or persons en
titled to such damages.
