To Hazel Strawder, the above named
defendant:
In the name of the State of Oregon,
you are hereby required to appear and
answer the complaint in the above en
titled suit on or before the expiration
of six weeks after the first publica
tion of this summons, that being the
time prescribed in the order for pub
lication of the same, and if you fail to
so appear and answer for want there
of, the plaintiff will apply to the Court
for the relief prayed for in his com
plaint in the said suit, to-wit: For a
decree dissolving the marriage con
tract and bonds of matrimony hereto
fore and now existing between the
plaintiff and yourself.

in the above entitled court and cause
