cause, to me duly directed and dated
the 25th day of September 1913, upon
a judgement rendered and entered in
said court on the 9th day of Septem
ber 1913, in favor of S. F. Grover,
Plaintiff, and against The Frank A.
Sweeney Co., a corporation, Frank A.
Sweeney, Julia M. Sweeney and W.
Lawrence, Defendants, for the sum of
$1,700.00 with interest thereon at the
rate of 7 per cent per annum from
the Cth day of Nov. 1912, and the
further sum of $25.67 with interest
thereon from the 31st day of May
1913, and the further sum of $100.00
as attorney's fee, and the further sum
if $27.15 costs and disbursements, and
the costs of and upon this writ, com
manding me to make sale of the fol
lowing described real property, situate
in the county of Clackamas, state of
Oregon, to-wit: All of Lots numbered
Ten (10,) Eleven (11,) Twelve (12,)
Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14) in
Rlock numbered Nineteen (19) in
Windsor Addition to Oregon City.
Also all of Lot numbered One (1,)
in Block numbered Three (3) in May
wood. All in the County of Clackamas,
State of Oregon.
Now, therefore, by virtue of said
execution, judgement order and de
cree, and in compliance with the com
mands pf said writ, I will, on Satur
day, the 1st day of November 1913;
it the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., at
the front door of the County Court
House in the City of Oregon City, in
said County and State, fell at public
auction, subject to redemption, to the
Highest bidder for U. S. gold coin cash
in hand, all the right, title and inter
est which the within named defend
ants or either of them, had on the
date of the mortgage herein or since
had in or to the above described real
property or any part thereof, to sat
isfy said execution, judgement order,
lecree, interest, costs and all accruing
costs.

the sum of $1,000, payable on or be
fore one year after date with inter
est at the rate of 7 per cent per an
num, and which said mortgage con
veyed unto the said John W. Loder,
agent for that purpose the following
described real property situated in the
County of Clackamas, State of Ure
gon: All of Tract No. Ten (10) Arcad
ia, and all of Tract No. Nine (9) Fiel
ding Tracts, as per duly recorded
maps and plate thereof in said county
and state, and said note and mortgage,
before the commencement of this suit,
for a valuable consideration, was sold
and assigned to the plaintiff herein,
who is now the owner and holder
thereof. And a further decree barring
and foreclosing you the said defen
dants, F. F. Johnson and Nina V. Ru
pert, of and from any and all right,
title or interest in or to said real
property and every part thereof.
