Notice is hereby given that the lands
described below, embracing 65 acres,
within the Oregon National Forest.
Oregon, will be subject to settlement
and entry under the prjvisions of the
homestead laws of the United States
and the act of June 11, 1906 (34 Jtat.,

and state, and said note and mortgage,

for a valuable consideration, was sold
and assigned to the plaintiff herein,
