you in the above entitled suit on or
before the 19 day cf September 1913,
said date being more' than six weeks
after the first publication tof this
summons, and for want of answer, the
plaintiff will apply to he court for
the relief demanded in plaintiff's
complaint, towit:
For a decree disolving the bonds of
matrimony existing between yourself
and the plaintiff, and for permission
to resume her former name, viz. Julia
M. Rambo.
