ing 80 acres, more or less, to Stephen
Sagar in trust for himself and for
you and his other brothers and sisters.
Plaintiff will further apply to the
Court for a judgment and decree de
claring that said deed is a cloud upon
upon Plaintiff's title to said property
and removing the same and that you,
the said defendants, have not, nor
have either of you, any right or
title in or to the said lands or any part
thereof by reason of the aforesaid
deed.

public auction, subject to redemption,
to the highest bidder for U. S. gold
