To the Honorable County Judge and Commissioners of Clack amas County: The undersigned ' petitioners respectfully show that they are the owners of more than twenty five per cent of the land herein after described; that the said land is low and flat and at all times is subject to overflow during the rainy season and requires drain age in order to render it useful for agriculture, and for that rea son it is necessary that a drain ige district shall be orgnaized and created under the laws of ,iio state of Oregon for the pur pose of properly draining said ' iract of laud; that the tract of land necessary to bo included in jaid.drainage district is describ id as follows, to-wit: , Beginning at the Northeast corner of Block Seven (7) in Jennings Lodge, as platted, and of record in the Recorder's office of Clackamas County; thence along the South Hue of Block Twelve (12) to the Southwest corner of said block; thence along the West line of Block Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13) to the center of Boardmaii Avenue; thence West along center line of the Avenue to the Southwest cor ner of Block Eleven (11); thence along the West line of Block Eleven (11) to the Northwest cor ner of said block; thence in ' a straight line to the Southwest corner of Block numbered Five (5) in Covell plat; thence along the West line of Blocks Five (5) and Six (6) to the Northwest cor ner of Block Six (6); thence in a Westerly direction One Hundred and Seventy-five (175) feet; thence in a Northwesterly direc tion to the North line of the Naof tract along the contour of the hill to the County Road culvert known as the outlet of the ditch; thence along the North line of the Rue acreage to the intersection of the North line of the Naef tract; and along the said line to a point at right angle with Blocks Eleven (11) ia Covell Plat; thence South along the East line of Blocks Ele ven (11) and Twelve (12) to the North line of the H.
