out of and under the seal of the
above entitled court, in the above
entitled cause, to me duly direct
ed and dated the 23d day of Sep
tember, 1912, upon a judgment
rendered and entered in said
Court on the 23d day of Septem
ber, 1912, in favor of Frank E.
Andrews, plaintiff, and against
W. R. Townsend, Nellie G. Town
send his wife, and Base Line Land
Co., a corporation, defendants, for
tie sum of $1600.00, with inter
est thereon at the rate of 7-per
cent per annum from tho 12th
day of July, 1911, and the further
sum of $150 as attorney's fee, and
the further sum of $27.75 costs
and disbursements, and tho costs
of and upon this writ, command
ing me to make sale of the follow
ing described real property, si
uate in the County of Clackamas,
State of Oregon, to-wit:

of the Willamette meridian, con
taining 80 acres more or less.

o'clock a. m., at the front door of
the county court house, in the city
of Oregon City, in said county and
stale, sell at public auction, sub
ject to redemption, to the highest
bidder, for U. S. gold coin, cash
in hand, all the right, title and in.

the date of the mortgage herein
or since had in or to the above de
scribed real property or any part
thereof, to satisfy said execution,
judgment order, decree, interest,
costs and all accruing costs.
