Carriers of Clack amas County held a decidedly sueeesful meeting at Boring Sun day to complete the organization and take in new members, and the mail boys are more than pleased wuth the fine showing in this county. The boys speak in highest praise of Postmaster Morand of Boring. Ho is a warm friend of the earners, and ho gave a fine talk on the valuo of the organiz ation.
