sum of $3000.00 with interest
thereon at the rate of 7 per
cent per annum from the 19th day
of November, 1909, and the fur
ther sum of $300.00 as attorneys
fees and the further sum of $15

nanding me out of the personal
property of said defendant, and if
sufficient could not be found.then

ter the date of said judgment to
satisfy said sum of $3000.00 and

to-wit: The undivided of the
undivided interest in the
northeast of SectunV26, and
the northwest of the south
east and the east of the
northwest V4, and the northwest
of the northwest of Section
26; the southwest of the
southeast 'A, and the southeast
V of the southwest of Section
23, all in township 2 south, range
6 east, of the Willamette mered
ian, Clackamas county, Oregon,
containing 400 acres of land,
more or less, and I will on Satur
day, the 1st day of June, 1912,
at the hour of 10 o'clock a. m, at
the front door of the court house,
in the city of Oregon City,, in said
county and state, sell at public
auction, subject to redemption,
to the highest bidder, for U. S.
gold coin, cash in hand, all the
right, title and interest which the
within named defendants, or eith
er of them had on the date of said
judgement, or since had in or to
the above described real property
or any part there of, to satisfy
said judgment order, decree, in
terest, costs and all accruing
costs.
