On the roadbed macadam shall be placed not loss than (1 inclios thick at curb and not less than 1) inches thick at center of street, and when completed, the said roadbed shall be brought to grade specified in resolotion adopted at meeting of suid City Council on July Said street will bo properly provid ed with drains, catch basins, and gut tors necessary to presorvo the grades, embankments and surface of the streot, and to provido all proper drainage. Sidewalks will be made of concrete except where on application to the Oouucil, owners are permitted to have wood walks laid. All sido walks shall be six foot wide acd laid to tho proporty line. Curbs shall be placed on each side of the macadam izedjjnortion of tho streot 20 foot from tho center lino of the streot where the roadbed is 40 feet wide. Curbs shall boot concrete and sot vertically to Bubgrado of street. Crosswalks shall be of wood 4 foot wide and not less, than 8 inches thick and all the said improvement shall ho made according to tho plans and specifications Bled Oct, 5. 11)10, and approved lieroby. Tho improvement shall bo classed as "Macadum" and shall bo main tained by Oregon City for tho full period of ten years from date of tho acceptance thereof by tho Oouucil.
