and wife were driving to their home
In Highland from this city, their team
became frightened at some object
and became unmanageable, overturn
ing the vehicle. A very bad mlxup
followed In which Mr. Miller was se
verely bruised as well as his wife, who
became entangled under the buggy,
but either escaping without any very
serious damage.

In the name of the State of Oregon,
you are hereby required to appear and
answer the complaint filed against you
In the above entitled court and cause
on or before the expiration of six
weeks from and after the date of the
first publication of this summons, to
wit: on or before the 15th of July,
1909, and if you fail so to answer, for
want thereof, the plaintiff will apply
to the Court for the relief prayed
