any person, to whom a retail liquor
license has been granted, to maintain
or permit to be maintained any side
board or lunch co-nter with lonch or
food thereon from which patrons may
help themselves, in or upon any prem

use of a saloon in which intoxicating
liquors are sold.
Section 2: Any person violating
any of the provisions ofthis ordi
nance shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor and u on conviction
thereof shall be fined in any sum, not
less than five dollars nor more than
twenty-five dollars for each offense,
and each day that-any such sideboard
or loncn counter is maintained shall
