control the following described real

to the maps and plats thereof on file

gon, of the reasonable value of $400.
That after a due and diligent search
and inquiry, and by advertising he
has been unable to find any heirs of
the said William Roche, deceased.
It further appearing to the Court
that It would be to the best interests
of said estate that the said claims
be paid and that the said estate be
closed.
It further appearing to the Court
that heretofore an Order was made
and entered, citing all persons inter
ested to appear, and that a clerical
error was made in the date of appear
ance as recited in said order,
It is therefore ordered that any and
all persons interested in said estate
appear before this Court on Monday,

o'clock a. m., to show cause, if any
they can, why said sale should not
