That after a due and diligent search
and inquiry, and by advertising he
has been unable to find any heirs of
the said William Roche, deceased.

that it would be to the best interests
of said estate that the said claims
be paid and that the said estate be
closed.

that heretofore an Order was made
and entered, citing all persons Inter
ested to appear, and that a clerical
error was made in the date of appear

Mrs. C. P. Holmes, who has been
spending a year with her son, W. A.
Holmes and family, at Parkplace, has
returned to her home In Fredonia,
Kansas, and Mr. Holmes has been ad
vised of her Bafe arrival at that place.
Mrs. Holmes, during her stay In Ore
gon, was very much impressed with
the climate of this state, and during
her stay at Parkplace made many
friends, who were sorry to have her
leave.
