defendant had on the date of said
attachment and of the said execution
nr since had in or to the above de
scribed real property, or any part
thereof to satisfy said execution, judg
ment ordor, interest, costs aud all
accruing costs, or so much of tho said
real property as may be necessary to
satisfy the same. All of said
machinery and personal property is
now situated on tho above described
lots in said town of Estacada and in
the possession and dho of Liudsley
Bros. Company aforesaid.
