Ordered that if Mr. Randall and Mr. Penman contribute $25, and if the road supervisor considers it necessary .that there be $25 out of county fund contributed. In the matter of repairs of Holman bridge in District No. 19. Ordered that supervisor build a new bridge at said place. In the matter of a bridge on Oregon City and Silverton road, near Weiaman-del-B. in District No. 25. Ordered that euptrvisor of said district repair said bridge. In the matter of the petition of James Lavelle for a comity road. Ordered that the board of county road viewers meet at place of beginning on 25th day of June, 1903. In the matter of the petition to vacate part of Shockley load. Ordered that board of county road viewers meet on June 25, 1903. In the matter of the Kruse bridge, in District No. 31. Ordered that super visor ot said district rebuild same. In the matter of repairs to Springwa ter road, in District No. 12. Road Su pervisor Sprauge instructed to proceed with impiovement in accordance with his plan. In the matter of the petition of I. L. James for a county road and for vacation of part of the Eagan & Garrett mill road. Ordered that board of county road view ers meet on the 27tb of June, 1903. . 1 In the matter of assistance to Sarah Carr, indigent person. Ordered that Joseph Carr, of Newberg, and Amos Carr, of Bridal Veil, be notified to care for said Sarah Carr, their sister. In the matter of the care of Mrs. Valen tine and C. C. Lewis, indigent per ons. Ordered that warrant issue to said Mrsi Valentine for $18 per month for care of said persons until further orders. r - In the matter of the report of viewers of P, C. Miller road. Read first time and laid over until tomorrow for second reading. In the matter of the report ot viewers of J. Strous road. Report read first time and laid over until morrow for second reading. In the matter of the application of Jos, Simon for redemption of land from sale of taxes to ClackamaB county. Ordered that said Joseph Simon be permitted to redeem eaid land for years 1899,1900 and 1901, upon payment of the eutii ol $440. In the matter of lumber for Abernethy road. Ordered that offer of W. ti. Bon ney to lurnish lumber at $6.75 per thou sand, to the extent ol 100,000 feel deliv eted 011 said road as may he directed by W. H. Meldrum, county surveyor, as sucn Doaru, In the matter of the funeral expenses of Greenleaf Chute, indigent soldier, Ordered that upon certificate of com mander of Meade Post. O. A. R . , that said Greenleaf Chute was an indigent soldier, without means or property, and that funeral expenses amounted to $45, that clerk Issue warrant to said com mander for Baid expense. Ordered that supervisor remove obstructions from said road as per survey to be made by county surveyor. In the matter of the case ot P. H. Mar lay vs. ClacMinas countv. Ordered that taxes for years 1893, 1894 and 1895 be canceled. In the matter of the petition of Q. W. Scramhu for telephone privileged on certain coun,ty roads. Ordered that pe tition be granted subject to provisions of laws regulating same.
