In the matter of the petition of E E
Judd for a duplicate of lost warrants.
Now comes E E Judd and represents
and shows to the court, that on the 5th
day of June 1901, while enronte to Ore
gon City, he lost county warrants issued
in bis name by said county for services
rendered, eaid warrants being numbered
5066 and 6276 and in the sum of $6 each
and praying the court to issue a warrant
in his name in the sum of $12. It is
therefore ordeied that a warrant be is
sued by the cleik of this court in the
name of E E Judd for the sum of $12
upon his giving a bond in double that
sum protecting the county from any
liability.
In the matter of the petition for aid

This matter coming on upon a written
petition on file herein, and the Board
being fully adviBed, it is ordered that
Mrs M A Claik be allowed $5 per month
from June 1, 1901.
In the matter of timbor or debris in
the public highway :
The Board being tully advised, it is
ordered that Cummins and Cole remove
all timber and debris thrown or fallen
upon the public highway of Clackamas
county, state of Oregon by them or at
their instance and that they do not
throw or fall any timber or debris upon
the highways hereafter.
In the matter of the petition of James
Dunlap, et al for cancellation of tax sales
certificate :
Now comes G W Shirley and James
EUinlap, by their attorney Bruce C Curry,
and file a written petition representing
and showing to the board that a double
assessment occurred upon property in
the H Campbell donation land claim, as
shown by the Tax Roll 'of Clackamas
county for the year 1897, (pages 217-218
of volume 3.) That the tax become de
linquent thereon upon said property and
was sold at delinquent tax sale and a
certificate numbered 244 issued therefor.
(See page 16 of 1897 Tax Sales Book) and
certificate No 640 issued (See page 42
Tax Sales Record for 1897) and the
Board being fully advised, it is ordered
that tax sales certificates Nob. 244 and
646 are cancelled.
In the matter of vacating certain
streets in the town of Marchbanks.
Now at this time comes C. W. Drake et.
al, and presented the petition of the
property owners in the town of March
banks a"nd asks for a correction on an
order made on the 9th dav of November,
1893 vacating certain otreets in said
townsite wherein eaid order vacated
Chicago street, which should have been
and was intended to be Cleveland street.
Therefore it is ordered, that a correc
tion be and hereby is made vacating
Cleveland street in said townBi'.e from
a point between blocks one (1) and 2)
and extending to the center of blocks (7)
and (8) and that Chicago street stand
upon the records as not being vacated
and as originally laid out.
