Now that a complete and satisfactory

has been consumated let evervone who
believes in the reforms laid do'wn in our
platform, put his shoulder to the wheel
and help elect the entire union ticket.
We have put up as clean a ticket as was
ever nominated in this or any other
county and voters can have no fear but
that when elected the officials will eive
a good economical adminiatrutmn nf
county affairs.
The union legislative candidates com
pare very favorably with the republican
and if elected will go to Salem next
winter and vote for a silver man for U.

man, which the republicans are pledged
to support. They will also work for all
the reform measures Unit, tlm iir,u

In nominating the union candidates
there was not that strife, which predom
inated in the republican convention, nor
was the ticket a cut-and-dried affair as
was the republican, which was named
by the Oregon City political ring.
