estimable couple. Mr. and Mrs.
Woollev were married on Thanks
giving 'day, Nov. 27, 1872, at
Cambridge, 111. They came to
Kearney, Nebraska, in 1882,
which placo they still call their
home. They are tho parents of

COMMUNITY CHORUS
The St. Johns Community
Chorus meets at 7 p. m. at tho
Williams school Friday niht.
All children and those wishing to
join this chorus nre urged to ho
thero nt 7 p. in. sharp. Thero
has been some debate as to what
the chorus will be, nil girls or a
mixed chorus, but at present it
will be both boys and girls. All
children wishing to join can
make application Friday night at
the rehearsal, ages 10 years up.
It is planned to have both sing
ing aitd drill team work from
now on, and as Friday is tho first
night at the Williams school all
children, and all parents that
can possibly attend, aro request
ed to bo there. Some very im
nortnnt matters will be taken un
in regard to the future of the
chorus. The bovs that did not
sing at the concert last week
must finA bo re-instated before
thoy can attend, unloss they have
been asked to attend by tho di
