And we further find that Mrs. Nancy Caples is the owner of the following described property, to wit: That portion of land ly ing between Dawson Street and the northerly line of St. Johns Heights Add. and between those two strips of land conveyed by Nancy Caples to Olive M.Hemlow by a certain deed of conveyance dated February 20, 1910, and re corded in the office of the Coun ty Clerk of Multnomah County, Book 490 of Deeds pago 180, and hereinbefore more particularly described.
