Sir and Friend: I am encloainir
herewith a copy f the Bylaws
of tho Honvi o UU-Yoar system.
the purposo of wliicli tho follow
ing hriof explanation may servo
to make clear:
In view of the present lament-
ab o conditions rosultinff InrKoly
from tho evil of stock KamblinR
which could not bo wero stock
certificates non-transferable, and
with a fixed par value of, say,
SI. 00 per share and its attend
ant hose of evils; bribery, moral
prostitution, jobbed markets,
forestalling, over largo fortunes,
etc., on the one hand, and pover
ty, social unrest, suiiermtr, an
archy and tho spirit of destruc
tion on tho other, it must strike
you that any just system which
would operate tomve the individ
ual his duo without destroying
that sniritof progress, wo might
almost say "conquest," without
which inevitable decay is the re
sult, should claim at once the at
tention and grave consideration
of tho citizen who has his own
best interests, and those of his
country, at heart.
The Bonville 99 Year System,
as must appear from a careful
perusal of the Bylaws boforo ad
verted to, is aimed to promote
industry, justice and temperance
throughout the land, and to close
those alleys through which the
unscrupulous reach out and take
advantage of their weaker fel
lows. We have stopped open
gambling let us now stop that
which is a thousand times worse
morally, and in its effects upon
the community at large stock
trambling.
The enclosed
booklet of By
laws contains many interesting
passages, to which your attention
is especially directed, and I ask
you to remember, while going
through its pages, that every cor-
E oration organizing under tho
onvillo System must adopt, and
conform to, theseiBylaws.
This system of organizing cor
porations will becomo univer
sal.!! Tho average citizen, the
real backbone of our grand coun
try.fis earnestly seeking, and al
though sometimes unconscious
ly, but earnestly nevertheless,
for a safo and sane solution of
our municipal, stato and national
troubles, and, becauso it must bo
apparent to even the casual ob
server, that the root of our trou
bles lie in the industrial condi
tions surrounding us. and be-.
cause it must be equally patent
that these evils would be greatly
eliminated and, in time, entirely
disappear, were stock gambling
and bloated fortunes buried be
neath the fair sod of public opin
ion when the code of Bylaws of
tho Bonville 99-Year System are
once adopted by tho people (and
one corporation under this sys
tem has already been organized,
with others soon to follow). The
small investor will investsecure
in the knowledge that no' sharp
trickster, no unscrupulous
'higher-up" can do him out of
us earnings, scheme he ever so
:iard, plot he ever so carefully.
for this System effectually closes
all avenues of graft.
In closing, I earnestly ask you
to read the booklet through care
fully, and with an eye to the
purpose of its contents. If you
