Cap Able to Be Out Cnptain B. L. Snow is able to be out again. He suffered an accident on the 10th of Decem ber that caused his enforced hi bernation in his home for 27 days. He gives the following account of his accident: He was about to .board an Oregon City car at Alder and Second street, Portland. The car was inuf ninii( fnuhirf-. Mr. Snow had sustained a broken rib and that his loft collar bone was also bro ken. He now proposes to bring suit against the company for damages in a much larger sum than his original oiler. A bachelor who shall marry in the interval between having his income assessed and lax paying time shall. upon exhibition of ev idence to the Sheriff, have that portion of his taxes duo to his foKiner celibacy cancelled. This featuro is expected greatly to accelerate one branch ot business in the county clerk's office.
