But for this sale we make a price of one-half the regular price on all the new waists. We must close them out. The bulk of our slow movers that had been on our shelves two or three years have been well cleaned up. So that the offer ing for this sale are shoes that you cannot call out of date and are priced accordingly, but this sale will make you a saving of from 25c to SI. 25 on each pair of shoes. All the lines will be included, Men's, Women's, Boys' and Girls. In these times when money is tight, can you afford to pass these saving prices? This will be the first year we have tried the Pre-lnventory sale. Whether we have another will depend on the patronage this time. In all our advertising we have avoided extravagant statements and believe the increase of business has come because of the reliability of our methods. Let it be understood that this Pre-lnventory sale does not apply in any way to the Grocery Department. Our policy is to keep increasing the Dry Goods and Shoe Department Sales in order that the magnitude of the sales will enable us to sell at a small percentage of profit just as groceries are sold.
