prietors of the St. Johns Pharmacy,
will give to any charitable cause or in
stitution, agreed upon, the sum of one
hundred dollars ($100.00), or to any re
tail drug store, firm or corporation
within the states of Oregon, Washing
ton or California, who will produce the
proper proof that they 'have, within
and all during the last twelve months,
equaled or exceeded our efforts in the
cut-rate drug business.
To claim nnd receive the above sum, they will hare
had to maintain an advertized cut-rate list of an average of
forty articles, termed patent medicines, list changed every
week to a new list and not more than ten per cent, of the
articles in the proceeding list to appear in the succeeding list,
said lists to have appeared week after week without a miss,
from July i, 1910, to July 1, 191 1, and the cut prices quoted
must not have been above two per cent, of the cost, the
greater per cent, below cost to receive the greater credit.
