in the office of the recorder of said city,
nnd notice thereof having been publish
ed in the St. Johns Review, n weekly
newsimperof general circulation, on the
121I1 day and loth day of May, 1911,
ns shown by the itllidnvit of the
foreman of said Jxipcr, which said
affidavit is on file iu the office of
the city recorder; and legal posting of
notices of such Improvement, as shown
by the affidavit of the city engineer 011
flic In the office of the city recorder, nnd
no remonstrances having Iteeti filed, ami,
ns provided by said resolution, the engi
neer's preliminary estlmntcof the cost of
wild improvement is f 12,039.40, but shall
be more accurately determined by said
engineer.
Now, therefore, It Is hereby ordered
that said street be Improved nnd the time
for the completion of said Improvement
is hereby fixed at sixty days from the
last publication of notice of protxisals ol
said work, which said proxsn1s must be
llied with the recorder of said city on or
before the 3rd day of Inly, 191 1, at
eight o'clock p. m. of said day,
That said street shall be Improved as
follows; lly grading wiiiie to the estab
lished grade by cut and fill and by
sldcwalklug same on cither side with 6
foot cement sidewalks, 12 foot curbs en
tire length, together with nil necessary
wooden cross walks and Isix gutters, and
placing a strip of macadam 16 feet wide
