Died At San Francisco on Feb.
ton, Mr. William M. Fletcher,
for many years a contractor and
builder in that city. He left two
children, n boy and girl, to mourn
their loss. The deceased was a
brother of Use-Governor Fletcher
of St. Johns, Oregon.

Kinney yesterday. Council has
refused to grant a franchise for this
purpose.
