The jury iu the Dickey case ren dered a verdict of guilty as charged Wednesday night, but commended him to the extreme leniency of the court. The penalty for the offence is from three to eighteen years in the penitentiary. Dickey was fore man of the Willamette Pulp & Pa per company's log loading plant here, and was the first of the al leged rioters to be tried on the in dictments by the grand jury.
