THE FATE OF DELINQUENTS.
A newspaper publisher recently
brought suit against forty-five men
who would not pay their lubscrlpllon
obtaining. Judgment In each claim
Twenty-eight of them made affidavit
tnat they owned no mors than the law
allowed, thus preventing attachment
Then under the decision of the su
nrcmo court they were arrested fo
r.etlt larceny and bound over In th
sum of $300. All but six gave ba
and they went to Jail. The new
