and Laterals in the City
of St. Johns, and Assess
ing the Cost Therefore,
and Directing the City
Recorder to Enter the
Cost on tho Lien Docket
of Said City and Repeal
ing Ordinance No. 170

Council April the 7th
1908, and Approved by
the Alayor April 7th

The city of St. Johns does ordain ns
loiiows:
Section i. That herewfter when in
the improvement of any street or other

alt. if the said main or laterals have
been laid as reoulred bv Ordinance No
16 of the cltv of St. Tohns. the coit and
the expense of so lowering said water

such street improvement and thereafter
included in the assessment placed upoti
