To obviate this there Civic League, The ladies of the St. Johns Civic Improvement League held their regular weekly meeting at the home of Mrs. R. Shepard, Tuesday after noon, April 4th, at half past two o'clock, There was a large attendance of the memlKirs and two new members were enrolled. After the regular business meet ing plans were twrfected for the coming entertainment to he given by the League in Dickner halt, Fri day evening, April 7th. Wednesday being the 30th wed ding anniversary of Rev. and Mrs. Campbell, a number of their friends in this city concluded to give them a surprise.
