AMERICA'S ANSWER
It has never been doubted by those
In the best position to know, that the
United States is, and has been (or
years, the most powerful nation in
the world.
Because of this tact, or as a result
1 it, the United States is the first na
tion to recognize the posibilitea of
those inventions that are of the
greatest power in the war, and also
in times of peace.
In order to keep the people of- the
aation posted on what is being done
to win the war, all citizens are noti
fied through the press, which is ab
solutely uncensored, although pos
itive instructions are issued regular
ly regarding what should be publish
ed and what is not permissable and
through the medium of motion pic
tares. These are being made on the battle
fields, along the lines of communi
cation between the prominent ports
In this country and the front, and in
any other ways.
There is being made an authentic
record by the government of these
activities.
Also facts regarding international
relationships, fiction pictures founded
apon fact, and which are in reality
propaganda of the truthful sort, are
being made and will be isued In quan
tity as soon as possible.
In these, and in other develop
ments thai are coming soon, are to
e foundj America's answer to (the
Hun boas that the Yanks would not
fee a factor in this war.

French to get on, but not so with the

buildings, the parks, the lakes, the
mountains, the swimming pools and
all. I am going up on top of Mount
Revard today where we can look
across thirty miles and see Mount
Blanc.
We go up on a cog wheel train and
coast down on a bicycle. It's seven
miles down. The place I am in now
Is called The Cercle. It's the old
gambling place where all the old
French mlllonalres used to play be
fore the war. There Is one table
here where they could play no less
than 1,000 francs at a shot. It's
wonderful, that's all. The room I'm
sitting in now is the reading and
writing room. Am sending a post

Everything here Is grand.
We stay at the Ville Fellcite and
eat at the Louvre and Savoy Hotel.
We have grand rooms and the eats
we get are absolutely free.

the same going back. My that sure
