James Green, one of the oldest
residents In Central Oregon, died at
Hend. Wednesday, June 12, Yto
Mm of pneumonia. About fourteen
years ago Mr. Green freighted be
tween Shaniko, Prlneville and Bend
and later operated a livery stable at
lteclmond.
The last few years he had a con
tract delivering for the stores In
Bend. Funeral services were con
ducted by the Moose lodge of which
he was a member.
