; Warner the said Lettle Short and to
Deputy Sheriff Hay Putnam the said
Charles Pratt for employment upon
, public work now being performed

' under the supervision of this Court
as provided by Chapter 3, Laws of

That the said Charles Pratt and
Lettle Short have credit as provided
hy said Chupter 3, Laws of Oregon
for 1913, for ten days each calendar
month of their Incarceration during
their good behavior and diligent ap

that one Marion Mayfleld has been

and also of transporting intoxicating

District No. 1, County of Crook and
State of Oregon, and has been sen
tenced to serve 30 days In the coun
ty Jail of Crook County;
Wherefore, it is hereby ordered
nnd adjudged, that the Sheriff of
Crook County, Oregon, be and he is
hereby requested, to deliver to Ray
Putnam the said Marion Mayfleld
for employment upon public work
now being engaged In by-the said
County and under the supervision
of the County Court of said Crook
County, as provided by Chapter, 3,
Laws of Oregon, for 1913.

of said lands remain unsold at the said hour

adjourned by the public announcement of

vided by law until all of said lands have
been sold. All said lands will be sold to the
highest and best bidder for cash in hand re
gardless of the amounts of taxes, interests,
penalties and coata due thereon, and the

cessful bidden conveying all the right, title
and interest of the County of Crook, State
of Oregon, In and to aaid lands, without the
necessity of confirmation but subject to the
lien of taxes for the current year and for
the years subsequent to the time title was

of subsequent tax certificates, if any, issued
to individuals, but subject to no other claims
or liens.
