(B-65) Crescent Double Acting Baking Powder The Voters Hy The City Council An Act To amend the charter of the City of Prineville enacted by the Legislative Assembly and approved February 16, 1899, and all subsequent amendments thereto enacted by the Legisla ture or by vote of the people by adding thereto Chapter XI pro viding for the construction of a railroad from Prineville to a junction point on the Oregon Trunk Railway approximately half-way between the stations of Redmond and Terrebonne on said railway and providing for an issue of bonds in the sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) therefor and pro viding for a tax levy to pay in terest and principal thereon. i and WHEREAS, a canvass of the re turns of said special election was on the 11th day of December, 1917, duly had and the result thereof as certained to be as follows: In favor of said proposed charter amendments 202 votes, Against said proposed charter amendments 14 votes, Majority of votes, in favor of said proposed charter amendments 188 votes, NOW THEREFORE, I, D.
