The report of H. J. Overturf j flowing the manner in which money ad been expended hy him on coun-1 ly road was accepted by the Court and ordered filed. j Charles A. Sherman was ordered I rebuild bridge over Creek near ! Seth. Dixon ranch and to grade up portion of road and install culverts. It appearing to the Court that rabbit and rat scalps have been pre nted to the county in a rotten and decayed condition, it was or dered that., in the future, all scalps presented in such condition shall he nefused and not counted and no pay afaair be allowed for the same. It was ordered that E. T. Luthy, Tounty Commissioner, view the Dry Treek road on the 7th day of June, JJ17, with the view of avoiding the Juniper Canyon grade. WHEREAS, It appears that an order was made by the above en titled court in regular session on the 2nd day ot December, 1915, by which,, on account ot the construc tion of a reservoir by George H. Xusself on his place on Ochoco Greek a portion ot the Ochoco road i the vicinity ot the said reservoir would have to be reconstructed and permanently located, the sum of Jive Hundred ($500.00) Dollars was ordered paid to Mr. Russell for He permanent location and con Xructton of the said road and to be expended by the said George H. XnsselT; and WHEREAS, at the time of the appropriation of the above sum it was understood and agreed between ttie- Court and Mr. Russell that be ahoultS account to the Court for the expenditure of the said sum of Five flnndred ($500.00) Dollars; and WHEREAS. It appears that no accounting has been made to the Court for the said sum; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, That the said George B. Russell account to the County Court for the said sum ot Five Hun dred!
