persons interested in, or who may
be affected by such change of the
boundaries of said district, to ap
pear at the olilce of the Board of
Directors of said district, in the
Adamson Building, in the city of
Prineville, Crook County, Oregon,
on the 6th day of Fobruary, 1917,
at the hour of 2 o'clock in 'the after
noon of that day, and show cause,
in writing, if any thoy have, why
the chango of the boundaries of
said district, as proposed in said
petition, should not be made.
And you are further notified that
If you fail to so appear and show
causo, in writing, why the trivets of
land described in said petition
should not be excluded from said
district, the same shall be deemed
and taken as an assont. by you to
the exclusion of said tracts ot land
from said district.

be affected by such change of the
boundaries of said district, to ap
pear at the office of the Board of
Directors of said district, in the
Adamson Building, In the city of
Prineville, Crook County, Oregon,
on the 6th day of February, 1917,
at the hour of 2 o'clock in the after
noon of that day, and show cause,
in writing. If any they have, why
the change of the boundaries of
said district, as proposed in said
petition, should not be made.
And you are further notified that
if you fail to so appear and show
cause, in writing, why the tract of
land described in said petition
should not be excluded from said
district, the same shall be deemed
and taken as an assent by you to
the exclusion of such tract ot land
from said district.

of the Ochoco Irrigation District
their petition praying that the fol
lowing described lands belonging to
the petitioners and situate within
