t-ate of 8 per cent per annum from the
23rd day of September, 1914, and the
further sum of seventy-seveu aud 78
100 dollars with Intertst at the rate
of ten per cent from the 27th day ol
May, 1916, and the further sums of
one hundred twenty-five and 44-100,
one hundred seven aud 75 100, eighty ,
and 96-100, three hundred aud no
100 dollars attorney's lees, aud the
further sum of twenty-one and 60
100 dollars costs and accruing costs.
Notice is hereby given that I will
on Saturday, the 3rd day of Febru
ary, 1917 at the north front door ol
the courthouse in Prineville, in said
county, at 10 o'clock In tne forenoon
