the following lands, to-wit: Lots

E. W. M.; All that land described
in Deed Records of Crook County
in Book 12 at page 474, except any
part thereof in the city of Prine
ville, belonging to C. J. Johnson;
also that part of a certain tract of
land described in Book 4 at page
205, record of Deeds of Crook
County, Oregon, outside of the city
limits of Pineville; and belonging
to Stewart and Carlson; also that
certain tract of land described in
Book 15 at page 260, record of
Deeds of Crook County,' Oregon,
outside of the city limits; also Nl
NEJ, SWJ NEJ, Wi of Sec 7 T 15
S R 16 E. W. M; the external
boundaries thereof being as fol
lows: beginning at the J corner on
the N line of Sec 6 T 15 S R 16
E. W. M; thence W to the NW cor
of Sec 6; thence S to the SW cor
of Sec 7 T. 15 S R 16 E. W. M ;
thence E to the SE corner of said
Sec 7 ; thence N to the J corner on
the E line of said Sec 6; thence
Northwesterly along the boundary
line of the City of Prineville, Ore
gon, to the place of beginning f 11 in
Crook County, Oregon, be exclud
ed and taken from the boundaries
of the Ochoco Irrigation District.
All persons interested in or who
may be affected by such proposed
change of the boundaries of said
district are hereby notified to ap
pear at the office of the Board of
Directors of the Ochoco Irrigation
District on Tuesday, the 2nd day of
January, 1916, and show cause if
any they have why the change of
the boundaries of said district as
pr-pofv in said petition should not
be infule.
