A Letter to the Public
Have you been attending the Lyric Theatre regularly? If you
have not, why not? We will appreciate your patronage and en
deavor to give you the best possible films that money can secure.
We wish particularly to call your attention to the films which
will soon be shown at the Lvric We are featuring WORLD
FEATURES, shown every Friday and Saturday at 10c and 20c
admission. These picture are taken from the greatest of WIL
LIAM A, BRADY'b stage snccesses and feature the most noted
stars of the speaking stage as well as the screen. Did you see
BLUE GRASS? If not, ask your friends who did see it and how
they enjoyed it.
Following Blue Grass we will present LILLIAN RUSSELL in
WILD FIRE. Miss Russell's name should be enough to insure
your confidence whatever the picture might be. Wild Fire is a
picture far above the average and we know will give you perfect
satisfaction.
We wish also to especially call vour attention to the fact that
beginning December 24th, we will change pictures with a feature
picture on Sunday night. This program to be run only one night.
The photo drama run at this time will be the PATHE GOLD
ROOSTERS which have been previously shown in this city at 15c
and 25c admission price. These pictures will be shown for 15c and
we can guarantee you your money's worth. The first of these at
tractions, beginning December 24, will be little MERRY SUN
SHINE, featuring the famous child actress. MARIE OSBORN.
This is a picture for women and children but will be thoroughly
enjoyed by all. Following this is BIG JIM GARRITY and FLOR
ENCE REED Who will be remembered in New York in the WO
MAN'S LAW.
Beginning January 5th we will start the famous FOX produc
tions which will be the highest price service ever run in Prineville.
The majority of these pictures will feature the famous THEDA
BARA, the queen of Vampires, who made Vampire roles famous
throughout the world, and Wo. FARN HAM who was last seen
here in the SPOILERS. The first of these productions will be
The Serpent, featuring Theda Bara. Following this, Blue Blood
and Red, the Man of Sorrow with William Famham and Carmen.
Every one of the Fox productions is a picture with a punch. We
can guarantee our patrons that there has never been a greater
production than CARMEN shown in this city. If you are not a
Eatron of the Lyric now, be one. Don't pass up these features,
ife is too short to miss any of the good things.
