Price for span 11830.00 and con crete used to be charg'd at $11.00 per cy under water and $8.00 per cy above. F. T. Cox: Hearing on claim of F. T. Cox for slaughter of one Hol stein bull under laws of 1913. Proper prof appearing to Court by affidavit, order allowing claim for $37.50 and order warrant drawn in the sum of $18.75 and .instruct ing clerk to file claim with state for remaining $18.75. J. F. Blanchard: Order warrant drawn for $2000.00 for road work to be reported on and accounted for. Class 28, No. 1605. H. J. Overturf : Order warrant drawn for $2000.00 for road work to be reported on and accounted for. Class 28, No. 1607. H. G. Kennard. Water Master asked for traveling expenses on official business. Order allowing $20.00 per month from April 1 to October 1, and clerk instructed to draw warrant for $60.00 to July 1, and $20.00 on the first of each month during such period. In the matter of the claim of Adam Kotzman: Claim for $5.00 for alleged damages done fences, fields and house by workers on county road filed. It is hereby ordered that Clerks and Judges of Election in precincts whee 125 or less votes are cast be paid $3.00 each for their services at each election held in the County; that where more tnan 125 votes are cast said clerks and judges be paid $6.00 each. County Clerk: Report on coyote bounties paid in May $149.50 and June $94.50. Said report accepted and ordered filed. County Clerk: The following warrants appearing to have been issued more than seven years and uncalled for the same are hereby ordered canceled. Laidlaw Committee: Committee representing Laidlaw represented that the bridge across east branch of Deschutes river at Laidlaw was in a dangerous condition and asked that a permanent bridge be built. The Coast Bridge Co. notified to send representative to meet at bridge site Wednesday morning, July 12th to make estimate and decide on type of bridge, with Court.
