By virtue of an execution in foreclosure duly issued by the clerk of the Circuit Court of the County of Crook, State of Oregon, dated this 7th day of June, 1916, in a certain action in the Circuit Court for the said County and State, wherein Zeptha Crouch and Geo. R. Crouch, plaintiffs, recovered judg ment against E. J. Lane, defend ant, for the sum of Two Thousand dollars, with interest at the rrfe of 6 per cent per annum from jio 30tn day of January, 190T, to gether with Two Hundred do'.ars attorney's fees, and the further sum of Twenty dollars costs, and accruing costs. On September 15, 1915, paid taxes for the year-1914 in the sum of $27.50. That C. C. Taylor, to whom said certificate was issued is now the owner and holder thereof.
