MEET MORE DEFEATS
The baseball game last Sunday at
Davidson Park between the Prine
ville and Culver nines, resulted in
a 6-5 victory for the Jefferson
county team. The game was played
before a small crowd which tried to
keep warm in a cold wind. The
upheaval which won the game for
the visitors came in their half of
the last inning when Bunion was
I found for four hits and three runs,
converting a 5-3 defeat into a 6-5
victory. Errors were freely made
by both teams but the local boys
' were unlucky enough to contribute
where hits followed.
j Dobry was the one big gun of
the game, slamming put three hits
in five times up and driving long
, flies for two outs. The local team
, was handicapped by the absence of
i two regular players.

evening when Elma Noble and
Robert R. Davis, and Albert E.
Noble and Josie Segerdahi were
united in marriage by Rev. New
ham. The gowns worn by the brides
were' very pretty and (lowers were
lavishly used for decoration.
Warren Brown and M.ry Joins
were attendants. Members of lust
year's graduating class, the hijrli
school faculty and a few friends of
the family were present. The

to these young people for the happy
years to come.
