Now Here For Your Inspection
THE WILEY B. ALLEN COMPANY'S
IMMENSE BUSINESS
v
Has been developed upon a belief in the common sense of our public, meaning by "our" public those people who real
ize that it is good judgment and economy to pay fair prices and get good pianos.
Our business' consists exclusively of selling Pianos
and Player Pianos
Mof the most advanced type, at prices whicK represent their actual retail value. We have no profits to add in order to
cover the expenses involved by providing gift inducements to purchasers.
Our profit is simply a fair percentage on the cost of the instrument
?
There is a Vast Difference Between Piano Value and Piano Cost
Value represents the cost of production, plus a reasonable profit. That is as it should be and is fair to all. At all of the Wiley B. Allen stores, from Mexico to British Columbia,
every instrument is sold on the closest possible margin of profit. The payment of commissions to outsiders to influence you to buy, or for "tipping off" your name as a prospective
purchaser does not add to the value of a piano, but it does add to the cost and for which you must pay. Your interest does not cease when the sale is made. We consider the
transaction closed only when we know the instrument has proven its worth in the hands of its purchaser. These statements briefly express the policy of the Wiley B. Allen Co. and
we believe it is the only way in which the piano business can be conducted honestly. Following is the list of makes we sell, each the recognized standard in its respective grade.
Mason & Hamlin, Hardman, Conover, Melville Clark, Ludwig, Kingsbury, Wellington, Harrington, Price & Teeple
Milton and Rembrant In player pianos, the Angelus, the Solo, Apollo, the Carola and others
No matter what may be your piano desire, ho matter what may be your .income, we are in a position to satisfy that desire and to make the
ownership of a really good piano-or player piano a more economical proposition than can any other firm. We will be pleased to send catalogue
and prices to anyone. We will accept your old instrument as part payment on a new one.
Your Money's Worth or
Your Money Back
