suant to an order made and en-
tered by the County Court of the
Couny of Cropk, for the State of
Oregon, on the 3rd day of May, A.
V., 1J1G, I, the undersigned, sherifT
for said county and state, will on
Monday, the 3rd dav ulf July, A.
D., 1916, sell to the highest bidder
for cosh, from the north approach
and steps of the county courthouse
in Prineville, Oregon, all lands to
which the said County f Crook
has acquired title by virture of
sales for delinquent taxes. Said
dale will begin at 10 o'clock in tne
morning of said day and will be
continued and adjourned from day
to day, Sundays and holidays ex
cepted, until completed ana until
all of said lands have been offered
for sale. The upset price for all
.lands that were acquired by the
county of Crook, by reason of the
foreclosure of certificates of delin
quency for taxes for the year 1911
shall be the amount of said delin
quent taxes, together with accrued
interest, penalties and costs. All
other lands to which the county has
acquired title by virtue of tax
sales will be sold to the highest
bidder for cash regardless of the
mount of taxes now delinquent,
penalties, interests and costs there
in, and all of the right, title and
interest of the county of Crook in
said lands will pass at such sale by
ehcrifiVs deed to said highest bid
ders, without the necessity of con
firmation but subject to the lien of
taxes for the current year and for
year subsequent to the time tile
was acquired by Crook County afore
said and to the lien of subsequent
tax certificates, if any, issued to
individuals.
