of eight per cent per annum from
May 1st, 1915, and the further sum
of $52.00, with the interest thereon

num from November 1st, 1924, and
the further sum of 168.97, with in
terest thereon at the rate of eight
per cent per annum from September
24th, 1915, and the further sum of
9125.00 attorneys' fees, and the
cost and disbursements of this suit;
and to a decree of this court adjudg
ing that the said indebtedness is a
lien and incumbrance on the follow
ing described realproperty situate in
the County of Crook and State of
Ore-gon;
Lot 3 and the East Half of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 6, and
the East Half of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 7, all in Town
ship 16 South, Range 11 East of the
Willamette Meridian.
And that the said property be sold
in the manner prescribed by law for
the satisfaction of the said debt and
that the purchaser at said sale take
auch title to the said property as was
had by Matt Kuleach on tho 22nd
da of October, 1913, and such title
aa has been acquired by any parties
to this suit subsequent to the said
date; and that the defendants, and
all persons claiming under them, be
barred and foreclosed of all right
and equity in the said property, ex
cept the statutory right of redemp
tion, and that the pur chaser at said
sale be let into poesMsion of said
premises, andjthat plaintiff may have
such other and further relief as to
the court shall seem meet ande quit-
able.
This summons is published pur
suant to the order of the Honorable
T. E. J. Duffy, Judge of the above
entitled court, made on the 9th day
of October, 1915. The first public

This matter coming on reguarly
for hearing this ninthjday of No
vember, 1915; and it appearing
that a full and completed estimate
has been made by this Court of the
amount of money proposed to be
raised by taxation in Crook County,
Oregon during the year of 1916, as
hereinafter set forth; and it appear
ing that said estimate must be pub
lished and an opportunity given for
a full and complete discussion there
of as provided in Chapter 234 of
the 1913 Laws for Oregon; now,
therefore, it is hereby ordered, that
the Second day of December at' the
hour of ten o'clock in the morning
in the County Courthouse, in Prine
ville, Oregon, in the County Court
room thereof, be and the same is

Know all men by these presents
that we, the undersigned residents
and freeholders within the State of,
Oregon and County of Crook, re
spectfully, petition the Honorable
County Court ol Crook County, Ore
gon as herein after set forth and
each signer hereto for himself de
clares that he is the holder of title
to lands susceptible of irrigation
from the scources herein after de
scribed situated within the
boundaries of said proposed district
as herein after more particularly
set forth and described.
Said petitioners whose names are
herein after signed to and made a
part of this petition hereby propose
the organization of an irrigation
district and said signers and peti
tioners hereby declare that it is the
purpose of the petitioners to organ
ize said irrigation district under
and by virture of the provisions of
Chapter VII of Title XU of Lord's
Oregon Laws, as amended by Chap
ter 223 of the laws of Oregon for
1911, and as amended by Chapter
197 of the Law of Oregon for 1913'
and as amended by Chapter 189 of
the Laws of Oregon for 1915 and
in other acts or parts thereof
amendatory thereto and in confor
mity with the provisions of the law
providing therefor petition said
court aforesaid for the purposes in
this petition stated and given.
The boundaries of said proposed
irrigation district are set forth and
described particularly, as follows,

thence N., a distance of two miles
to the N. E. corner of Section 31 in
Twp. 14-South, Range 17-East, W.
M., thence west one mile to the N.

North one mile to the N. E. corner
of Section 25, Twp.l4-South, Range
16-East, W. M., thence west three
miles to tbe S. E. corner of Section
27 in Twp. 14 South, Range 16-East',
W. M., thence north four miles to
the N. E. corner of Section four in
Twp. 14-South, Range 16-East, W.
M., thence west along said township
line eight miles to the N. W. corner
of Section 5 in Twp. 14-South,

thence east three miles to the place
of beginning, excepting however
from said district all and any land
embraced within the city boundary
limits of the City of Prineville. all
and the whole thereof in Crook
County, Oregon.
The designation of said proposed
irrigation district and the name un
der which it shall be known is the
Ochoco Irrigation District.
The source of supply from whic
the water to be used in the irriga
tion of said district shall be taken,
shall be the waters of McKay Creek
apd the jvatera of-Ocaoco Creek and
its tributaries, in Crook County,
State of Oregon and such waters of
the Crooked River above its con
fluence with Ochoco Creek as are
not already appropriated and used.
The signers to this petition, con
stituting the majority of the holders
of title of lands suceptible of irriga
tion from the scources herein des
cribed in said proposed irrigation
district, further petition this court
that rive director; be elected as dir
ectors of said irrigation district and
that said directors be elected at
large, from the entire district.
That the probable cost of the or
ganization of the aforesaid irriga
tion district is the sum of five hun
dred dollars and the petitioners
hereto accompany this petition with
a good and sufficient bond in the
sum of one thousand dollars which
is double the amount of the proba
ble cost of the organizing the said
irrigation district.
Wherefore your petitioners pray
that said irrigation district be or
ganized as povided by law and par
ticularly as set forth and required
by the statutes herein above refer
red to; that said petition be heard
as required by law and that the
said county court shall do and pre
form any and every thing necessary
and requisite to effect the organiza
tion of said distict.and for such other
and further orders, action and relief
as may be necessary and provided
by law for the organization of said
irrigation district your petitioners
will ever pray:
Reference is hereby made to the
notice accompanying this petition,
stating the time of the meeting at
which this petition will be present-
ed to the County Court, which said
