By virture of an execution, judg
ment, order, decree and order of
sale issued out of the above entitled
court in the above entitled cause, to
me directed, and dated the 3rd day
of September, 1915, upon a judg
ment entered and rendered in said
court on the 20th day of August.
1915 in favor of C. B. Baker, Plain
tiff, and against Kirk Whited and
Fred G. Atkinson, defendants, for
the sum of $456.00 with interest at
the rate of 10 per cent per annum
on $28.00 from June 1, 1914 until
paid, and interest at the rate of 10
per cent per annum on $428.00
from June 1, 1915, until paid,
and the further sum of $12.25
paid for insuance and absract, and
the sum of $50.00 as attorneys fees,
with interest at the rate of 6 per
cent per annum from the 20th day
of August, 1915, and for the further
sum of $13.00 costs and disburse
ments and the costs of and upon this
writ, and commanding me to mke
sale of the following described
property:
All of the Southeast Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter of Section
Nineteen (19), Township Fifteen
(15) South, Range Thirteen (13)
Eait of Willamette Meridian; saving
and excepting from the lien hereof
a tract of about ten acres m area,
lying within said Southeast Quarter
of NW Quarter of said Sec. 19, and
bounded on the North and West by
the Irrigation ditch known as "Later
al B 5, of the Central Oregon Irri
gation Company," on the East by
the "Kirk Whited Road" and on the
South by the south line of the said
Southeast quarter of Northwest
quarter of said Section IS; the tract
intended to be conveyed containing
30 acres more or less, in Crook
County State of Oregon.
Now, therefore, by virture of
said execution, judgment, order,
decree, and order of sale, and in
compliance withthe commands of
said writ. I will, on Saturday, the
9th day of October, 1915, at 2
o'clock P. M., at the front door
of the County Court House in
Prineville, Crook County Oregon,
sell at public auction subject to re
demption, to the highest bidder for
cash in hand, all the right, title and
interest which the within named
defendants (or either of them) had
in the 1st day of June, 1912, the
date of the mortgage herein forclos
ed, or since that date had in or to
the above described property or any
part thereof, to satisfy said execution
judgment, order, and decree, inter
est, costs, and accruing costs.
